I want it to be made clear for the record, as a recruiter specializing in highway construction personnel, it is almost impossible to recruit for a superintendent through typical means. As we all know a highway superintendent’s office is the highway or his/her truck. Unless I physically go to the road or highway under construction, I am not able to reach them. iHireConstruction has allowed me to reach the unreachable candidate. I have obtained and placed numerous people from posting jobs for positions across the country. Sure there are other job positing sites but none are as effective in finding quality construction candidates like iHireConstruction.com. I highly recommend this posting site to new recruiters as well as veterans. It has certainly made my job easier and more lucrative.
